Some very insightful data to reflect on as teachers as we head into Term 1 of 2026
A key difference at Full Spectrum is our educators are able to spend a focused 2 hours a week building a rapport with each student,
something that is far more difficult in a busy classroom.

An international survey published last year found 58 percent of Australian principals say they have a shortage of teachers in their school.
This means class sizes have to increase & schools have to find creative ways to stretch their resources. As a result the amount of time each student gets with a teacher is limited.
Our 1 on 1 service means each of our student gets a dedicated 2 hours of focus each week, a 16x increase over the time school teachers are
normally able to spend with each of their students in the classroom.

It was great fun joining in on Swayneville State School's Cricket Bash as part of our Ambassador Day this term!
Our 2026 program calendar is now live. We recommend all our families download & familiarise themselves with the program calendar for
2026 to help plan their learning journey with Full Spectrum in 2026. Our program begins the week before students are scheduled to return &
finishes in the final week of each term. Some school terms are a week longer or shorter than the standard 10 weeks & we have adjusted
our program to follow. Our calendar is also a handy way to see when school holidays begin & end so we suggest keeping a copy handy!
We continue to offer services over the Christmas break however sessions are optional over the school holiday period. For our current clients
we always recommend reaching out to our admin team or your educator if you plan on being away for an extended period.
