National Science Week 2024!

National Science Week 2024 is set to ignite curiosity and celebrate the marvels of science and technology from August 10th to August 18th. As Australia's premier science event, it aims to foster a deeper interest in science among all Australians, from young students to seasoned professionals.

This year's theme, “Species Survival - More than Just Sustainability,” focuses on the critical role of science and innovation in ensuring the survival of various species amidst an ever-changing world. It invites students and the broader community to explore a wide range of topics, including disease-causing organisms, life-saving chemicals, clean water, photosynthesis, genetic screening, artificial intelligence, and microplastics.
