For
those who haven't heard of it, HYROX is a global fitness race that combines 8 x 1 km runs with 8 functional workout stations, including sled pushes, rowing, burpee broad jumps, lunges and wall balls. It tests strength, endurance, resilience and mental toughness, making it one of
the most challenging fitness events in the world.
Crossing that finish line is an incredible achievement that reflects months of commitment, discipline and perseverance.At Full Spectrum

It was great to meet and connect with some of the amazing Regional Directors in the Queensland Department of Education yesterday. We had some productive conversations around strengthening our relationships with teachers, parents and students!
